The routine scheme of this kind of work is "call - sending - call".
The first call to a company is the database actualisation - knowing the name and position of the person in charge of purchasing of the products or services and the general contacts of the company.
The second stage is sending a personslly sddressed, or, preferably, personalized offer of your products or services. The difference between the two is that the second one not only addresses the person by name, but also uses the additional information from the databaze, obtained during the first call.
The form of the sending depends on the volume of information that you consider worth reporting to your addressee. It may be a letter, a parcel, a fax or e-mail message. In most of the cases a faz message is preferred.
The third stage is the call to the Person in Charge - our addressee. We call him personally (or, if accorded with you - his personal assistant), and record the addressee's reaction to the offer.
The Customer pays only for the preparative works and effective calls.
