Under contract with Versatel company in 2001-2003 our call center
organized Customer support service for DIVO TV subscribers.
Our expert fulfilled the job package from business process, call
procedure algorithm and job descriptions development to personnel
recruitment and training.
This project employees worked in client’s ERP system (Navision, terminal
regime via point-point channel, up to 15 workplaces simultaneously), and our
specialists made recommendations to this program interface improvements.
At present time this Clients support service is a part of Versatel company,
recruited by our company specialists work was to in was taken on the
Versatel staff.
