We can give you access to the on-line statisitcs of our call-center, but we tried not to overburden you with the need for examine the constantly changing diagrams and numbers, and so we have developed a unified form of daily statistics for our Customers.
We regard this reporting, being combined with the information gathered by our operators, as supplying the maximum information about the processing of inbound calls, but if you need some additions - we will create them for your project!
