Cost of this service in our call center is equal to a secretary's salary (we do not offer any rates for less than 15 to 20 call daily), but this money allows you:
to be able to process much more calls, that one person can handle; that means no "busy" signal;
to account every call;
to get a perfect reporting via e-mail, fax or website;
to redirect the most important calls onto stationary or mobile phone and to any region as well;
to get your calls handled daily from 9 a.m. to 21 p.m., or 24 hours.
Besides that, having your own secretary requires payments for her or his workstation, phone, and a place in your office; she or he can get ill, go onto vacation or leave. You need not thinking about all this while working with us.
The phone number that we rent for you from the telecommunication company in the frames of this service, can be registered for you and later installed or redirected to your office if ever you consider to handle the calls by your own facilities.
